A little more about the herbs:
I think of lemon balm as the sunshine plant because of it’s magical ability to spread happiness. It is elevating and calming at the same time. Lemon balm is green and smells slightly of citrus it has a subtle flavor that blends nicely with other herbs.
lavender is well know for its relaxing qualities and its beautiful blue and purple color. Lavender smells and tastes delicious and is a lovely addition to any tea due to its flavor.
Another classic, peppermint has a distinctly fresh scent and taste. It has a slightly energizes effect so when you are running low it adds a little kick.
Rose has delightful floral scent and taste. The beauty of a rose can be considered a medicine unto itself. Roses symbolize love and therefor must be included in this blend.
Rose hips have that same rose flavor but slightly sweeter. Nourishing and tonifying to the nervous system rose hips help the body relax when it has been over worked. Rose hips have an incredibly high level of Vitamin C adding to their beneficial qualities.

I hope you have a marvelous weekend filled with beautiful moments. Let me know if you try this blend out and what you think.
Love and light,
