I wore this outfit the other day for a midday coffee date with Tommy. The mood was relaxed and comfortable but also romantic. Since Valentine’s Day was coming up I let the classic Valentine’s colors inspire my dressing. I paid attention to details; like matching the red of my shoes to my lips, and adding darker elements like my glasses and bag. Overall the look was sweet but not saccharine and perfect for our casual day date.
Dressing for Valentine’s Day:
Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite days to dress for. when I dress I often gravitate towards pastel pinks and pops of red so for me this holiday gives me a chance to really showcase some of my favorite items of clothing. I also love dressing in a way that feels both romantic and sweet. I’m hoping this look inspires your Valentine’s Style, or everyday looks cause TBH I would totally wear this any day.
Tee Shirt– I bought this shirt originally for a trip to Disney with my family. I don’t normally like shirts with words on them but I thought this was super cute. It helps that it’s actually from the children’s section (perks of being 5′ 2″)
Pants– I am obsessed with these trousers, I bought them in black as well. They are so comfortable and chic and can easily be dressed up or down. They run small so I recommend sizing up. P.S. they are currently on SALE!
Shoes– As far as I can tell these are currently sold out everywhere. I am not surprised because I am love them! They are as comfortable as they are cute and I plan on wearing them for years to come.
Necklaces– I have been wearing this combo non-stop since I bought them. The longer necklace is sold out but the chain is still available.
