Glowing, dewy, healthy, luminous skin…I know I’m not alone in my quest for the perfect skin. I have dry, dull skin that can at times make the dream of glowy skin seem out of reach. Over the years I’ve learned that there are some consistent skincare habits that play a key role in any skincare glow-up. A great night cream is crucial to keep dry skin hydrated at night. A solid vitamin-c serum will work wonders. And its true what they say, drinking water really is the key to gorgeous skin. But patience has never been my strong suit and if you, like me, are looking for an immediate way to get-the-glow it’s time to reach for a face mask.
These are the best face masks for glowing skin:
1. Herbivore Blue Tansy Resurfacing Clarity Mask $48

Why I love it:
Gentle enough to use multiple times a week. This mask delivers visible results quickly. It evens skin tone and leaves my face feeling fresh and hydrated. If I could only use one mask for the rest of life this would be the one.
2. Andalou Naturals 1000 Roses Hydrating Face Mask $14.99

Why I love it:
Inexpensive and effective. This is an ultra rich creamy mask that is mega hydrating. Whenever I use this mask someone compliments my skin, and everyone loves compliments from strangers. It’s non-irritating and safe to use in the AM without fear of a redness or breakouts.
3. 100 Percent Pure Ginseng Collagen Sheet Mask $8

Why I love it:
I find I hold tension in my face when I am stressed, this sheet mask helps me relax those facial muscles. Once the mask is ready to peel off it reveals hydrated plump skin that can only be described as glowing. Relaxing and cooling, this mask is perfect to pop in the fridge for refreshing treat on a summer day. BTW the sheet is made of cellulose and is compostable.
4. Max and Me Sweet Serenity Mask and Wash $98

Why I love it:
Striking results and slightly exfoliating. This mask uses Manuka Honey as its hero ingredient. The smell is intoxicating and luxurious. It has a small amount of grit that makes it just the right amount of exfoliating without being too rough. I discovered this mask through my Beauty Heroes Subscription and I didn’t want to like because its price tag is $$$ but I absolutely love it.
5. Andalou Glycolic Pumpkin Mask $14.99

Why I love it:
Andalou knocks it out of the park again with their brilliantly brightening mask. While the mask doesn’t have the same level of instantaneous results as some of the others on this list, it is gentle enough to use every day. I find it’s results build over time and after it’s third use they are undeniable. To get the best results with this mask I like to pair it with a brightening serum like this one from Acure.
6. Kora Organics Turmeric 2-in-1 Brightening and Exfoliating Mask $48

Why I love it:
This is the first mask I have tried from Mirada Kerr’s skincare line and I’m pretty impressed. This mask has done wonders for my skin. But I will caution you to use this mask sparingly and always at night. It has a very rough grit which can be irritating to sensitive skin. In my case, my skin was bright red for a few hours. I was ready to dismiss this product but when I awoke the next morning my skin was clearer, visibly plumper, and dare I say it- glowing.
