November Goals Recap
I am going to be honest and say that I didn’t accomplish a lot of my goals in November. I think there were a couple of reasons for this; I set really high goals, I set a lot of goals, and I didn’t break down all of my goals in to weekly and daily actionable tasks. Learn from my mistakes and always remember to break down large goals into smaller goals in order to get stuff done!
Post Daily to the Blog
I posted a lot more to the blog because of this goal but a combo of travel and lack of preparedness really messed up my blogging flow.
Grow Instagram Following to 700
Increase the Photography Quality on NNTBD
Accomplished! I think I did a great job on this. I really stepped up my photography on the blog this month and I am very pleased.
Have Two Massages
Learn Two New Hooping Tricks
I did learn two new tricks but not the specific tricks I wanted to learn. I guess I need to set aside some more practice time, which I don’t mind at all.
Drink a Quart of Tea Daily
Talk to My Plants Every Day.
Accomplished! I did this every day I was in Portland.
Read One Book Every Week.
I read two books over the course of the month… whoops!
Because I struggled so much in November I am taking a step back and setting fewer goals.
Have at Least Two Posts Prepared Ahead of Time.
Something I learned last month is how important it is to stay ahead of schedule. That way when something comes up (which it will) it won’t put me behind schedule.

I love Instagram and I would love to share my life with more people.
Go to the Gym 3x Week
I’m going to the gym tomorrow to get a membership and I want to make it there three times a week. I already practice yoga everyday at home but I need to incorporate more cardio and push my strength training a little more.
Take Vitamins Daily
Y’all, I am so bad at remembering to take my vitamins. I want to make a decided effort to take them every single day! I already set an alarm in my phone so that I don’t forget and I hope once I get in the habit it will be much easier.
Meal Prep Every Sunday
This past month I started to feel really unwell and I knew from personal experience that it was because of my diet. This month I want to prep veggie concentrated and nutritional meals every Sunday to eat the rest of the week. I know this will help prevent poor last minute diet decisions. (If you have a favorite healthy recipe please let me know)
